Terms
What you can expect, and what we are not.
Today this site does two things: it explains a product that opens on 5 October 2026, and it takes email addresses for the list of people who hear about it first. Nothing is for sale, so nothing here is a purchase contract. The terms of sale and the refund policy are published on this page before paid access opens, and you will be asked to agree to them separately.
1. Using this site
Reading the page or joining the waitlist means you accept what is written here. If you do not, the correct move is to close the tab and not submit the form. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and at least 16, to join the list.
2. We are independent
Medovo is an independent test-preparation service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NRMP®, AAMC®, ERAS®, Acuity Insights, McMaster University, or any medical school. The Match® is a registered trademark of the National Resident Matching Program.
Where we name a test, a format or an organisation — MMI, CASPer®, the Match® — we do it to describe what our practice is for. Those names belong to their owners, and nothing on this site should be read as a claim on them or as their approval of us. Our own name, wordmark, station scripts, scoring rubrics and report formats are ours.
3. This is practice, not advice
Medovo is interview practice. It is not medical advice, legal advice, or admissions counselling, and nothing produced by it should be used to make a decision about a real patient, a real application or a real career. Every scenario, patient and relative in a station is invented. Any resemblance to a real person or a real case is coincidence.
The stations put you in scenes about death, illness, conflict and mistakes, because that is what the interview does. If a topic is going to be hard for you for reasons outside the exam, treat that as worth knowing before you start a station rather than during one.
4. We do not promise you an interview or a seat
Practising with us does not guarantee an interview invitation, a higher MMI score, an offer, a residency position, or a match. Nobody who honestly sells interview practice can promise those things, because the people who decide are not us. If you ever see us claim otherwise on this site, that is a mistake and we want to hear about it.
5. The feedback is machine-generated
When the product opens, the person in a role-play station and the scoring in the report are produced by automated systems. They can be wrong. They can be inconsistent between two runs of the same station. They can miss something a human interviewer would catch, and flag something a human would let go. Use the feedback as a second opinion on your delivery, not as a verdict, and never as a replacement for a mentor, an advisor or a real mock with a real person.
6. The waitlist
Joining the list means we email you once, when the product opens. It is not a reservation, a queue position, a promised price, or a promised discount. We may close the list, delay the launch date, or change what the product is between now and then. What we do with your address is set out in the privacy policy.
7. Things not to do
- Do not scrape the site, or hit it with automated tools beyond ordinary browsing.
- Do not copy station scripts, rubrics or reports and republish or resell them. They are ours, and personal practice is the only use you have.
- Do not submit somebody else’s email address to the form.
- Do not try to break, overload, or get around the technical limits of the site.
8. What you say in a station
When the product opens it will record your voice and turn it into a transcript in order to score it. What you say stays yours. To produce your report and your history we need permission to store and process those recordings, and we will ask for it explicitly, in its own consent, before the first station runs — not by burying it in this page today. We will not use your recordings to train models or show them to anyone else without asking you first, separately.
9. Payment and refunds
There is nothing to pay for today. Prices, what a purchase includes, and how refunds work will be published here before paid access opens, and you will agree to them at the point of purchase. Any wording on this page written today is not a price and not an offer.
10. Availability
The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be reachable at any given moment, that the launch date will hold, or that the product will do what a page written six weeks earlier said it would. We can change or drop features, and we can take the site down. To the extent the law where you live allows it, we exclude implied warranties and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Where our liability cannot be excluded, it is capped at what you have paid us, which for the waitlist is nothing. None of this limits liability for fraud, or for anything else the law does not let us limit.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms are rewritten before the product opens, alongside the terms of sale. The date at the top changes when they do. If you are on the waitlist when a material change lands, we tell you in the launch email rather than expecting you to check this page.
12. Disputes
These terms name no governing jurisdiction, and that is deliberate rather than an omission. Nothing is sold here yet, so there is no purchase contract for one to govern, and a forum clause picked before a single payment has been taken would be decoration. The governing law is published together with the terms of sale, before paid access opens, and you agree to it at the point of purchase.
Until then you keep every consumer right the law gives you where you live, and nothing on this page tries to take one away. If something goes wrong, write to hello@medovo.app before anyone goes near a court. Most things people take to lawyers turn out to be things one email would have fixed.
13. Contact
Medovo is an independent project run by its founder. Everything — questions, complaints, takedown requests, being told we got something wrong — goes to hello@medovo.app and reaches a person. Full legal and registration details are published here before any payment is possible.
